Class Schedule

Whether you have been doing CrossFit for awhile, or are brand new to the whole program, we have group classes right for your level. 
Our Beginner classes will focus on CrossFit’s 9 fundamental movements (Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, and Medicine Ball  Clean), basic gymnastics (pull-ups, push-ups, and dips), as well as the kettlebell swing.  These classes will allow you to build a solid foundation for you to continue your athletic endeavors; still CrossFit with all the same intensity, fun, and results.

All our classes are 1 hour long and include a warm-up, a skill portion, and the Workout of the Day (WOD).  And to ensure a strong coach-to-athlete ratio, we cap our classes at 14 people.  There’s no need to reserve classes ahead of time.  Just show up and be ready to work hard!
Only at CrossFit Merge in Glendale can you find 32 group classes, 7 days a week!  So come and sweat with us because regular gyms don’t compare.
