Want To Improve Your Lifts?

Want to improve your olympic lifts?  Watch REALLY good weightlifters lift.  Whatever plans you’ve made for the next hour or so will have to either be put on hold or cancelled.  You’ve officially been sucked down the rabbit hole of weight lifting videos.  Settle in, make some popcorn, and soak in all you can from these extraordinary weightlifters.

Strive for that sense of urgency and speed at which Pyrros Dimas moves.

Excellent technique, focus, and intensity from these weightlifters.

Consistency is key as these weightlifters attempt 5 snatch and 5 clean & jerks @ 90%.  All the while not forgetting to have a little fun during their attempts.

Don’t forget!  We will be doing the Whole Life Challenge benchmark workout Friday 9/6, during open gym from 4:00pm – 6:00pm, Saturday morning at 10:00am – 12:00pm, Sunday at 10:00am and 11:00am, and Wednesday evening at 7:00pm.  

FYI, Saturday morning will only be open to Whole Life Challenge participants and their guests!  We’re expecting a large turnout Saturday morning.  If you’re a regular member here, please take advantage of Friday, Sunday, and Wednesday’s sessions as they’ll most likely be less busy.  Bring your ‘A’ game and get ready to go HAM!
