Merge Competition Team Training

With the CrossFit Games over, and the 2013 competitive season ending as the 2014 pre season begins, there has been a lot of interest at Merge in a competition training program.  

If you are interested in competing in local CrossFit competitions, want to step up your CrossFit game in the technical and competitive aspects of the sport, or even if you have your eyes set on the 2014 CrossFit Games, then you’ll be excited for the new program we are rolling out this fall.  

We will hold an informational meeting on the Merge Competition Team Training program on Saturday, August 24th at 1pm.  Anyone that is at all interested in the program should attend the meeting to learn more details.
