Mobility Mondays

Time to get serious.  Mobility is of utmost importance for our overall health.  And as if that wasn’t enough, it improves our athletic performance!  So what’s 10-15 minutes a day of mobility to gain a lifetime of excellent athletic performance and overall mobile health?! Not that much! So I challenge all you Mergers to come to class 15 minutes before (or stay 15 minutes later) and mobilize!  This week we will focus on hip mobility.  Here are 3 different things you can do to help you.  Watch, learn, and apply 🙂

Monday’s ALL Levels/Intermediate Skill:

Deadlifts

5-5-5-5

Workout of the Day (WOD):

For time:

400 meter run, then,

3 rounds of:

7 Dumbbell power snatches with each arm (45/25)
7 Dips
14 Striders

Then,

400 meter run
