All The Haps

Hey Mergers!  We have lots of stuff going on this week at the box.  

First off, our new 9am, All Levels class starts this Tuesday.  You can hit the snooze button on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and if the 9am class is popular, we’ll add more classes to the schedule.

Then, on Thursday at 5pm, Coach Marianoel will lead our inaugural Women Only class.  Because you asked for it, we delivered it for you.  And I don’t think I have ever been more excited for a class that I’m not even allowed to attend.  It’s for sure going to be fun.  

And, on Wednesday from 5pm to 8:30pm, our friends at Premier Wellness Chiropractic are returning to provide more free sports massages!  In need of a little R&R?  Then be sure to sign up for a massage at the gym.

All Levels and Intermediate Workout:

12 minute AMRAP of:

8 toes to bar

16 overhead lunges (45#/25# for women)

32 double-unders

Beginner Workout:

12 minute AMRAP of:

8 weighted v-ups (25#/15# for women)

16 overhead lunges (25#/15# for women)

90 single-unders
