Food As Fuel!

Hey gang. I’m very excited to announce that on Saturday, August 3rd at 1:00pm, we’ll be offering our very own nutrition seminar right here at CrossFit Merge. It’ll be hosted by your truly. We’ll cover weight loss tips, ways in which you can use nutrition to boost athletic performance, strategies, recipes, and much more.

The seminar is open to everyone. Friends, family members, whoever does the cooking in your house, athletes, basically anyone who is interested in learning more about living a healthier lifestyle and using food as fuel. The fee to attend is $20.00 for CrossFit Merge members, and $25.00 for non-members. We encourage you to invite any and all friends and family members you think might benefit from this seminar. Keep an eye out for the sign up sheet which will be located in the pro shop.

Be sure and check the pro shop as it’s been restocked with a fresh batch of various Oh My Bars! Also, we have a limited supply of “Caveman Paleo Bars” which are now available for purchase in the pro shop. They’re slightly fruitier than the Oh My Bars, and cost $3.50 each.
