New Classes!

Starting Tuesday, July 16th, there will be All Levels, 9am classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And if that weren’t cool enough, we are also having a women’s only, All Level class on Thursdays at 5pm beginning July 18th.

More classes and more fun because that’s just how we do it at Merge!

Skill: front squat


Intermediate class – practice muscle-up transition between sets of squats


10 minute AMRAP:

5 front squats
5 ring dips
5 front squats
30 double-unders
