I love everything about the hero WODs. Such a great opportunity to reflect and gain a little perspective on those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. I urge everyone to take a moment before these WODs to reflect and give thanks to all the service men and women out there who put their lives on the line to keep us safe.  Have fun with this and use it as a celebration in their honor.  Today we pay tribute to “DT”.

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and four-year old son T.J.


Check out Jason Khalipa as he blasts through “DT” with super fast elbows and high intensity.  Also notice the “stumble rest”.  Leave it to Khalipa to actually make “resting” look so cool.  Love this guy!


Ellen shows us excellent form with this overhead squat.  Also one of the greatest squat faces ever to grace the gym.
