**Important announcement regarding WOD 2**
There has been a slight change to the dead lift portion of WOD 2, “The Dead End.” A total number of 80 reps must be completed by the team. The reps may be divided by the team however they wish so long as each member accumulates a total of at least 10 repetitions.
Don’t forget to bring food, water, and anything else that might make your day more enjoyable. Folding chairs, stools, and whatnot. We have a grill and some charcoal which will be available for you to use. Be sure to watch and review the videos below on the movement standards. Most of all, don’t forget to bring your “A” game and HAVE FUN!

10 High Wall Ball Shots (over the black line) (20# for men/14# for women)
10 Dumbbell Snatch (30# for men/50# for women)
*5 on each arm
Beginners will sub one arm, dumbbell overhead lunges for snatch
