Throwdown is Just Around the Corner!

The excitement is slowly building up as we get closer and closer to our next Team Throwdown this Saturday June 15th at 9 am.  You know what 2 of the WODs are!  I would recommend getting together to work on strategies and tactics on how to tackle each WOD! Talk to your teammates, discuss your strengths and weaknesses.  Don’t forget that the secret to success for these WODs is in good communication 🙂 (and of course training and eating right!) 11 minute AMRAP of:

7 Hand Stand Push Ups (or most difficult – 1 abmat, ring, hand release push ups)

7 Hang Squat Cleans (135 # for men/93# for men)

100 meter run

Beginner Skill:

Front Squat
