Workout of the Day (WOD):

3 rounds for max reps of:

90 second AMRAP of Med ball toss sit ups (2 sit-ups = 1 point)

Rest 30 seconds

90 second AMRAP of Rowing for calories (1 calorie = 1 point)

Rest 30 seconds

90 second AMRAP of Burpees (1 burpee = 1 point)

*start at any station

*score total number of reps

Olympic Lifting Class

35 minutes to establish max weight shoulder to overhead and max OH squat.  Score is combined weight.
