For many of us, CrossFit has changed the way we interact with the world.  It wasn’t easy, but now we’re stronger, faster, more fit than we’ve ever been, generally looking and feeling great.  This begs the question, “What am I gonna do with all this fitness?”  What are YOU gonna do with all this new fitness?  The answer is, get out there and try something new!  Try a new activity or sport that you may have never considered before.  There’s a whole world out there ready to be explored.  Practically endless possibilities for you to play with.  Kayaking, badminton, sailing, frisbee golf, soccer, MMA, skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding… and maybe perhaps the best, most immediate option, ROLLER SKATING! 

Just a quick reminder to get out there and have some good old fashioned fun.  Join us Friday, June 6th at 8:30 for some roller skating.  We’ll meet at Moonlight Rollerway.  Rumor has it there will be a few experienced skaters there who will give us some tips on how to skate.  See you there!

4 rounds for time of:

400 meter run

21 wall ball shots (20# for men/14# for women)

12 toes to bar

*beginners will sub knee raises for toes to bar.
