Clean and Jerks

If you enjoy Saturday’s Oly Lifting class, come in on Wednesdays at 5 pm!  In our new Wednesday Oly class, we are learning detailed techniques on how to improve all the Olympic lifts we do in CrossFit.   It’s truly a time for polishing and meticulously bettering our lifts.  This week we will be focusing on the clean and jerk.

If you can’t make it to the Oly Class, do not fret!  We’ll be having some excellent thruster practice in the other classes.  

Wednesday’s All Levels/Intermediate Skill:

Squat clean to thruster

2-2-2-2-2 (not touch and go)

 

Workout of the Day (WOD):


3 rounds for time:

15 thrusters (115# for men/73# for women)

21 kettle bell swings (53# for men/35# for women)

OPTIONAL:

Teams of 2, 3 Rounds for time:

15 Thrusters (115# for men/73# for women)

21 KB Swings

Can’t switch movements until both members are done.
