Sleep, Anybody?

Clean bill of health.  Check.

Exercising consistently and efficiently. Check. 

Eating clean, nutritious foods. Check.

Then why are you not seeing the results you are hoping for?  Why are you still tired?  Why are you not feeling fulfilled?

It’s possible that you’re not getting enough sleep!  Quality time with your pillow is a need all humans on the planet share.  Unfortunately, people have not prioritized it’s fundamental importance to our health.  We get caught up in the mentality of “if I sleep 12 hours a day, I’ll be sleeping half my life away” or “I wish there were more hours in the day so I could get more done”.  This way of thinking can take a toll on the overall joy of our life.  I tend to believe quality weighs more than quantity when it comes to our lives.   Here’s a very interesting article on sleep that I highly recommend you read.

Change the World and Get to Bed at 10:00

So stop staying up late checking Facebook, reading CNN, watching the latest episode of Arrested Development, and get your butt in bed.  Give it a shot for a few weeks and see how it makes a difference.  At that point, all you need to do is reap the benefits 🙂
