Got Lemons?

When life gives you lemons, what do you do?  Just say, “Screw it!  I’ll just row with this cast on my leg instead of running.  This isn’t going to stop me from doing CrossFit.”

All Levels and Intermediate Classes:

‘Air Force WOD’

For time:

20 thrusters (95#/63# for women)

20 sumo deadlift high pulls 

20 push jerks

20 overhead squats

20 front squats

At the start of the workout and at the beginning of each minute, perform 4 burpees.

Finisher:

Max height box jump

Beginner Class:

‘Lil Air Force WOD’

For time:

30 sumo deadlift high pulls

30 push jerks

30 front squats

At the start of the workout and at the beginning of each minute, perform 4 burpees.

Finisher:

Max height box jump
