Thursday’s Bring a Friend Day Workout:
20 minute, teams of 2 or 3, AMRAP of:
20 one arm, overhead lunge steps (50#/30# dumbbell)
10 hand release push-ups
20 jumping pull-ups
100 meter run by each person
Only one team member working at a time, divide the reps up anyway
