Since you’ve all been challenged to pull-ups this month, I thought we’d give you some tips on improving your pull-ups.  So for your viewing enjoyment (and knowledge) 😉 here you go!

Time trials

-40 yard sled drag (90# for men/45# for women)
-Standing broad jump
-Long jump

Back Squat Tower of Power

1 minute of max back squats – 135# for men/93# for women (1 point per squat)
3 minutes of rest
1 minute of max back squats – 185# for men/113# for women (3 points per squat)
3 minutes of rest
1 minute of max back squats – 225# for men/153# for women (5 points per squat)
3 minutes of rest
1 minute of max back squats – 185# for men/113# for women (3 points per squat)
