Thursday’s Skill (compare to Januray 28th):

1 press + 3 push presses

5 sets, increasing the weight each set.  No reracking the bar once you begin.

Workout of the Day – WOD (compare to Jan 25th)

2 rounds for time of:

20 calories on the rower

30 wall ball shots (20#/14#)

20 burpee box jumps (24″/20″)
