This is a very exciting week. Not only are we one week away from the Merrel Down and Dirty Mud Run, but it’s also the last week of the Whole Life Challenge! Additionally, this is the week when we start redoing WODs to see how much we have improved in the last couple of months. How incredibly exciting to be able to start measuring our progress. Regardless of your participation in the WLC or not, it’s always fun to see how far we’ve come. So lets see what this week has in store for us!
