Here We Go, 13.2!

Week 1 of The CrossFit Open was burpees and snatches, now we have a triplet, three movements, of push presses/jerks, deadlifts, and box jumps; it’s lightweight, simple, short, and promises to be painful.

Go ahead and watch Julie give her best at this workout.

We will be going over tips and strategies for this workout on Friday.  So come in and get some!

Workout:

CrossFit Open WOD 13.2

10 minute AMRAP of:

5 shoulder to overhead (115#/75# for women)

10 deadlifts

15 box jumps (24″/20″ for women)
