The Whole Life Challenge is 23 days down.  How’s it going?  Feeling good, bad, the same?  Let’s hear from you on any PRs/successes you’ve had since the start of the challenge.  It can be a CrossFit PR, like doing 3 kipping pull-ups, Laura, I’m looking at you, a weight loss success, new member Scott is already down 10 pounds, or maybe you set a PR on your power snatch like Coach Marianoel.

Perform 3 sets of max effort

Workout:

6 rounds for time of:

5 hang cleans (135#/93# for women)

30 double-unders

Beginner and All Levels Class

Skills:

Front squats 

2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2

3 max effort sets of ring push-ups

Workout:

12 minute AMRAP of:

8 front squats (95#/63# for women)

16 double-unders
