Because Who Doesn’t Like Gymnastics

Come on in on Friday for a little tumbling, a little lever action, and just some overall gymnastics fun.  You live everyday with your body, so you might as well learn how to control it because it’s capable of doing some pretty amazing things.


Friday’s Class


Gymnastics – forward rolls, lever practice, land and rolls, ninja get-ups

Workout of the Day:

4 rounds, each rounds is 2:30, of:

100 meter run

10 kettlebell swings (70#/44# for women)

AMRAP of burpees in the remaining time

Rest 30 seconds between rounds

Score total burpees
