PR’s All Around

Today was such a fun day at CrossFit Merge!  It’s so nice to see “PR” next to names…and deadlifts will bring about just that.  Several ladies joined the 200# deadlift club, others PR’d by 20#+.  Not everyday is a one rep max day, but when we have them, it’s all about enjoying them.  So now for your viewing pleasure, a few of the many PR’s set today 🙂











All Classes on Thursday


High Bar back squat

5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5
Workout of the Day (WOD):
12 minute AMRAP of:
6 pull-ups (as difficult as possible, chin over the bar, then chest to bar)
12 wall ball shots (20/14)
Farmer’s carry (as heavy as possible) from the tape line on the mat to the end of the driveway
