Tuesday’s All Levels Classes

Skill:

Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:

3 hang power cleans – increase the weight each minute.

Intermediate Class Only Skill:

Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:

2 hand power cleans + 1 clean – increase the weight each minute

All Classes WOD:

3 minute AMRAP of:
4 hang power cleans (155/103)
8 hand release push-ups
12 lateral hops over the barbell
Rest 1 minute and record score

Repeat this 3 minute AMRAP a total of 4 times.

Score is the 4 separate AMRAPs
