Friday’s Workout

Skill:

1 press + 3 push presses + 5 push jerks

Perform 5 sets, increasing the weight each set

Workout:

1000 meter row test

Try to pass the Advanced Test of sub 3:40 for men and sub 4:00 for women

Finisher:

Bottom to bottom tabata squats, count the low score
