Pop Quiz, Hot Shot

CrossFit ain’t your traditional workout.  Cardio doesn’t necessarily mean running.  Bicep curls are more or less a four letter word in CrossFit.  And we don’t target abs and butt, we do squats and pull-ups.  

So now that you get the concept that CrossFit is different, see if you can test your knowledge of CrossFit with this short quiz.
