Just Breathe…

The new year is here and I’m thrilled to see so many people back, hitting it hard.  However, there are a few of you that are still not showing up…so where are you!?  It’s not to late to start again.  All you need to do is show up and breathe.  Here’s a little inspirational video to get you back into the box! Just come in and breathe…the rest will take care of itself 🙂

A couple of reminders:

1) Bring a Friend Days this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (Jan 10, 11 and 12)

2) Although our regular monthly outings are on the second Saturday of the month, for January, we’re wanting to give you all a chance to recover from the holidays and so we’ll be having our outing on the third Saturday, January 19.  Details to follow, but save the date!
