First WOD of 2013

It’s 2013!  Yeah, I know.  Where does the time fly?  Come in and kick the new year off right.

Wednesday’s Workout

The 2103 WOD

All Classes

For time, complete:

400 meter run

20 kettlebell swings (53#/35# for women)

13 burpees

400 meter run

20 box jumps (24″/20″ for women)

13 burpees

400 meter run

20 wall ball shots (20#/14# for women)

13 burpees

400 meter run

20 knees to elbows

13 burpees

400 meter run

20 lunges

13 burpees

And starting putting the word out, ‘Bring a Friend Days’ are coming next week, January 10, 11, and 12.
