“Stand on Your Head”

In CrossFit, we’re breaking all the rules of conventional fitness.  Here at CrossFit Merge, you will in fact stand on your head.

Friday’s Workout:

In teams of 2 or 3, max reps in 4 rounds of:

90 seconds of rowing for calories

90 seconds of kettlebell swings

90 seconds of box jumps

Only one person working at a time.
