The last ‘Bring A Friend Days’ of 2012 has arrived. December 6, 7, & 8 is ‘sharing is caring’ time 😉 so get your friends pumped up and over to the box for some super fun WODs. Workout of the Day (WOD)
15 minute AMRAP, teams of 2 or 3:
25 squats with a plate (45/25)
15 partner sit-ups passing a medicine ball back and forth.
100 meter relay run
