It’s the day before the much anticipated team throwdown. Rest up, relax, and if you absolutely must get some extra practice in, come during the extended open gym times from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Skill: Deadlift

5-5-4-4-3-3-3

Workout

30 – 20 – 10 reps of:

Sumo deadlift high pulls (95#/63# for women)
Burpee box jumps (24″/20″ for women)
