Please note the schedule changes for this week:

Normal schedule on Monday and Tuesday

Wednesday’s 7:30pm is cancelled

Thursday’s classes are cancelled in observance of Thanksgiving

There will be one class on Friday at 10am (all levels are welcome, so come sweat off a little bit of that turkey and gravy)

Normal schedule for Saturday

All Sunday classes are cancelled

Monday’s Workouts


Skill:  1 power snatch + 1 overhead squat

6 sets, increasing the weight each set

Workout of the Day (WOD)

5 rounds for time of:

6 squat snatches (115#/73# for women)

200 meter run

Beginner and All Levels


1 minute of max box jumps (24″/20″ for women)

Perform 2 sets

1 minute of max lateral hops over the parallette 

Perform 2 sets


12 minute AMRAP of:

8 goblet squats

100 meter run
