Congratulations to the WLC Winners

The workouts are done, the scores have been tallied, and here are your top 3 winners from the 2012 Whole Life Challenge.

First Place – Rick Milewski

Rick had a solid run throughout the entire challenge.  Though he quickly grew tired of his near daily consumption of eggs, he stuck with it and improved a whopping 35 points during his final workout.  Rick is walking away with a cool $150 cash prize and a $50 gift certificate at A Runner’s Circle for his discipline and effort.  Congratulations, Rick!

Second Place – Griselda Sastrawinata

Griselda was incredibly enthusiastic about the Whole Life Challenge and jumped right into the weekly challenges.  She whipped up  new, Paleo-friendly dishes, cooked fresh, seasonal veggies, and seemed to have just a lot of fun with the Challenge.  She lost 10 total inches and improved her final workout score by 32 points.  Griselda, there’s a check for $125 with your name on it.  She also gets a $25 gift certificate at A Runner’s Circle.

Third Place – Jane Kim

Jane was top on the accountability scoreboard.  She scored a 95% on the diet points, and 100% for exercise, mobility, and fish oil points.  WOW!  What discipline.  Jane dropped 14.5 total inches and improved her workout score by 17 points!  Jane gets a $100 cash prize and a $25 gift certificate at A Runner’s Circle.

Everyone of our Whole Life Challenge participants improved both their workout scores and their body composition.  Diet, exercise, mobility, accountability, and community can yield some pretty remarkable results.  Congratulations and great job.
