Night Out with CrossFit Mergers

Checkout the CrossFit Merge crew tearing up the roller rink last Saturday night.

Part of CrossFit is trying new sports.  And while roller skating by itself is not a sport, it certainly requires balance, coordination, accuracy, and agility, all of which are essential components of fitness.  A big thanks to everyone that came out on Saturday, especially if you were new to skating.  

Monday’s Workout

Intermediate

Skill:  1 press, 2 push presses, 3 push jerks x 5 sets

Workout of the Day (WOD)

5 rounds for time of:

5 power clean and jerks (bodyweight/ 67% bodyweight for women)

30 double-unders

10 box jumps (24″/20″ for women)

Beginner/All Levels

Skill: Push press

5-5-3-3-3

WOD

12 minute AMRAP of:

12 wall ball shots 

6 burpee box jumps
