Skill: 400 meter run x 2

Rest exactly 3 minutes between runs

Workout of the Day:

4 rounds for max reps/calories of:

1 minute of max row for calories
30 seconds rest
1 minute of max burpee box jumps (24″/20″ for women)
30 seconds rest
1 minute of max dumbbell hang cleans (50#/30# for women) or sub front squats
30 seconds rest
