So you’ve probably already seen this, but if for some cruel reason your work blocks Facebook and you haven’t seen it, here you go:

5-4-3-2-1 rep

Handstand practice between sets

Workout:

10 min AMRAP of:

6 push presses/jerks (115#/73# for women)

10 toes to bar

30 double-unders
