How do you feel about heavy lifting days? Do you love them or hate them? Do you cherry pick them? Or do you just buck up and go for it? What is your favorite lift to do heavy? What is your least favorite lift to max out on?

My favorite lift to max out? The clean. Least favorite? The jerk.

For time, complete:

500 meter row
400 meter run
30 box jumps (24″/20″ for women)
20 wall ball shots (20#/14# for women)
10 cleans, power or squat (185#/113# for women)

Beginner

Skill: Push Presses

3-3-2-2-1-1

For time, complete:

300 meter run
20 box jumps
15 wall ball shots
10 dumbbell push presses
15 wall ball shots
20 box jumps
300 meter run
