We continue our ‘Bring a Friend’ days with today’s workout. So grab a mate and be prepared to sweaty and fitter.

Friday’s Workout:

In teams of 2, 20 minute AMRAP of:

20 overhead dumbbell lunges (50#/30# for women)
10 hand release push-ups
20 jumping pull-ups
100 meter run for each team member

Partition the reps anyhow
