HBD Marianoel!

Happy (belated) Birthday to our coach, Marianoel!  

She loves lifting heavy weights, is blazingly fast on burpees, and enjoys seeing Merge athletes PR even more than you do.  She’s a huge and indispensable part of our community and puts forth an incredible amount of effort to coach you toward your goals.  

Thank you so much for all you do for the gym and for the Merge community.  Happy Birthday, Marianoel!  Be sure to save a few PRs for the rest of us.  

Intermediate Level

Skill: Squat clean


Workout of the Day (WOD):

10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:

6 squat cleans (115#/73# for women)

12 pull-ups

24 double-unders

Beginner Level

Skills: Kipping pull-up and double-under practice

Beginner WOD:

12 minute AMRAP of:

6 dumbbell hang squat cleans (40#/25# for women)

8 pull-ups

40 single-unders or 20 double-unders
