    Teams of 2 WOD

    In teams of 2 complete:

    100 kettlebell swings (53/35)
    50 burpees
    30 T2B or v-ups
800 meter relay run (each runs 400 meters)
    30 T2B
    50 burpees
100 Partner Wall Balls 20/14# (alternate wall ball shots back and forth)

Only one person can work at a time. Divide up the reps anyway you like, except for the run and partner wall ball shots. Athletes can use different kettlebell swings and mix and match on toes to bar and v-ups, but they must use the same medicine ball for the wall ball shot.
