It’s Game Time!

The CrossFit Games resume today!  Snatches, bobsleds, bar muscle-ups, medicine ball cleans, it just keeps getting bigger and badder.  Please note our modified Games schedule for the next three days.

Friday, July 13th:

6:30am class – normal schedule

12:30pm class – normal schedule

5 to 7pm Open Gym only.  6:30pm and 7:30pm classes are canceled.  

Saturday, July 14th:

9am class – normal schedule

10am class – normal schedule

11am class – canceled

12pm Open Gym – canceled

Sunday, July 15th:

10am class – normal schedule

11am class – canceled 

Remember to always check the Google calendar class schedule for the most up to date information.  

Little known fact, Tulia can hold this position for 7 minutes.  

Thursday’s Workout:

4 rounds, 1 minute on, 30 seconds off, for max reps/calories of:

Wall ball shots (20# for men/14# for women)

Chest to bar pull-ups

Burpees

Rowing for calories

Score total reps and calories.  

Rest exactly 5 minutes, then 800 meter run for time.
