The Throwdown and New Class Schedule

Two days after the Throwdown, and I am still riding high from it.  I’ll write up a much more detailed post soon, but in the meantime, enjoy some of the photos from Saturday.

    20 double-unders
    1 squat clean (135/93)
    20 double-unders
    2 squat cleans
    20 double-unders
    3 squat cleans…keep adding 1 additional clean after 20 double-unders

    All Levels and Beginner Class

    Thruster

    1 thrusters
    20 double-unders or 60 single-under
    2 thrusters
