Wednesday

Intermediate & Beginner Skill:

-Take 18 minutes to find a 1 rep max front squat
-Rest about 5 minutes, then
-Take 80% of the 1 rep max and then as many reps as possible without reracking

Workout of the Day (WOD):

10 minutes of death by 40 yard sprints, get as many complete minutes as you can

Power Hour

1 rep max bench press

10 minutes of death by 40 yard sprints with medicine ball

    12 min AMRAP of:

    5 pull-ups (chest to bar)
    40 double-unders

    Rest 5 minutes

    12 minute AMRAP of:

    5 toes to bar or 7 v-ups
    10 wall ball shots (20#/14#)
