Get Ready for the Throwdown!

Have you already marked your calendar for the CrossFit Merge Summer Throwdown?  

The sign up sheet will be in the gym this week.  The Throwdown is open to all members and all levels.  This is absolutely happening, you don’t want to miss this.

    Intermediate and All Levels:

    Split Jerk (for intermediate)


    Push Press (for beginners)



    21-15-9-15-21 reps of:

    Wall ball shots (20/14)
    Box jumps (30″/24″)

    Beginner Class

    In teams of 2, 20 minute AMRAP of:

    15 push-ups
    20 wall ball shots
    25 box jumps

    Partition the reps as needed, but only one person working at a time.
