Our CrossFit Merge family is always growing and this time is no exception! Our very own Krish is the proud father of a new bouncing baby girl. Uma was born on April 20, weighing in at a whopping 6 lbs 5 oz. It’s exciting to see that we are slowly breeding little CrossFit firebreathers. I bet she’ll be doing double-unders before she’s even crawling 😉 Congratulations to the Nathan family and the best to you guys from all of us here at Merge!

Workout of the Day (WOD):
5 rounds for max reps of:
Back squat at 70% of 1 rep max (pick a weight that you can get 8 to 10 reps each round)
-then the same number of burpee box jumps (24″ for men/20″ for women)
Rest as needed but you only have 25 minutes to complete the workout
10 minutes of death by sprints
