The Coolest Move in CrossFit

We do a lot of unique movements in CrossFit.  Most of your non-CrossFitting friends (do they even exist?) that exercise aren’t doing movements and exercises you’re doing.  Snatches, deadlifts, kipping pull-ups, and handstands, these things are effing cool.  Bust out a pistol at a party, and I bet you’ll raise some eyebrows and impress some peeps.

So, what’s the coolest movement in CrossFit?  Post what you think the coolest movement in CrossFit is in the comments.  For me, nothing is as cool as a super smooth clean and jerk.  And no one does it better than Ben Smith.  Skip to 40 seconds in to see this kid lift.

I think the one-arm dumbbell snatch is a cool movement.
