More Classes!

Hey there, cool kids.  As our CrossFitting community continues to grow and get fit, so too will our class schedule.  To offer the best and most personal coaching we can, we want to keep our classes small to ensure you continue to receive top coaching from our professional staff.  

We will be sending out a survey this week on when you would like to see additional classes to the schedule.  Be sure to keep an eye out for it and give us your feedback to make our gym even better and cooler.  Thanks for your support and get ready for another awesome week of CrossFit.

    Overhead Squat

    5 – 5 – 3 – 3 – 3

    20 second AMRAP of handstand push-ups or max handstand hold after sets of squats


    3 rounds for time of:
    15 overhead squats (115/73)
    20 burpees
    20 pull-ups




    5 – 5 – 3 – 3


    14 minute AMRAP of:

    6 burpees
    9 jumping pull-ups
    12 jumping squats
