Ring work:

Jump to support, dips, kipping dips, skin the cat

Workout of the Day (WOD):

Run 800 meters

40 hand release push-ups

40 box jumps (24″/20″ for women)

Run 800 meters

30 hand release push-ups

30 box jumps

Run 800 meters

20 hand release push-ups

20 box jumps

    Push Jerk

    3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3

    For time:

    10 reps down to 1 of:
    Shoulder to overhead (115#/75# for women)
    30 double-unders between each set
