Okay, so by now you’ve seen the workout. CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.2 is a bunch of snatches. Last week it was burpees galore, now it’s a snatch party. Speed, power, accuracy, flexibility, balance, looking like a badass because you have tape around your thumbs and chalk on your hands…these are just some of the benefits you get with the snatch.
So, just because you know today’s WOD will have snatches in it doesn’t mean you should avoid coming in. Watch these videos to break down the movement and then let’s see what you got.
