Winter Throwdown WODs!

Without further ado, here are the workouts for the Winter Throwdown

Rx WOD 1

For time:
45 double-unders, then
21-15-9  reps of:
Overhead squats (115# for men/73# for women)
Kettlebell swings (70#/44#)
Finish with 45 double-unders
Almost Rx WOD 1
For time
Short block run, then
21-15-9 reps of:
Front squats (85# for men/53# for women)
Kettlebell swings (53#/35#)
Finish with the short block run
Rx and Almost Rx WOD 2a and 2b
9 minute AMRAP (WOD 2a) of:
7 deadlifts (225# for men/153# for women) (155#/93#) Almost Rx
9 box jumps (24″ for men/20″ for women) (24″/20″) Almost Rx
Immediately followed by 2 min AMRAP (WOD 2b) of:
Bar facing burpees
WODs 2a and 2b are scored separately

Only the top 3 in each division will advance to the final chipper:
This WOD will start at the back wall and athletes will migrate out to the driveway

Rx Division:

20 wall ball shots (20# for men where the ball must break the plane of the upper green/14# for women where the ball must break the plane of the black)
20 toes to bar
15 power cleans (155#/93#)
20 hand release push-ups (feet elevated on a 45# bumper and they cannot leave the plate, no rocking on thighs, and no snaking)
15 dumbbell shoulder to overhead (40#/30#)
20 calories on the rower
Run with a 45#/25# plate around the short block
40 air squats
Almost Rx:
20 wall ball shots (14# for men where the ball must break the plane of the upper green/10# for women where the ball must break the plane of the black)
20 sit-ups with abmat
15 power cleans (95#/63#)
20 hand release push-ups
15 dumbbell shoulder to overhead (30#/20#)
20 calories on the rower
Run with a 45#/25#plate around the short block
40 air squats
